Company Formation

International company incorporation across selected onshore and offshore jurisdictions.

Your engagement, at a glance

Deliverables are confirmed in your proposal and depend on the agreed scope.

What we prepare

A formation route, document checklist and coordinated filing package, with the agreed registered-agent, address and corporate-administration arrangements. Banking application support can be included where agreed.

What we need from you

Your intended activity, target markets, proposed names and ownership structure, plus shareholder, director and beneficial-owner documents. Tell us where management will be based and how the company expects to receive and make payments.

Who decides

You approve the proposed structure and documents. The relevant registry determines filing acceptance; registered agents and financial providers apply their own onboarding requirements. Incorporation does not guarantee account approval.

Build around how the business will operate

Meridian coordinates international company incorporation, from comparing jurisdictions to preparing formation documents and arranging the applicable corporate administration. The starting point is your business model: where customers are based, who will own and manage the company, and how it will receive and make payments.

These details help frame a practical formation route and identify questions to resolve before filing.

  • Unlimited name availability checks
  • Document preparation and filing

  • Up to five supported bank / EMI applications following incorporation

Compare the full operating requirements

The incorporation fee is one part of the decision. Compare ongoing administration, accounting and filing needs, address arrangements and any local presence requirements. The location of management, shareholders and customers can also affect the questions that qualified legal and tax advisers need to review.

Our practical guide to choosing where to incorporate includes a comparison checklist, example business scenarios and a two-year budgeting approach. Our jurisdiction directory sets out current formation routes, indicative pricing and timeframes. Use it to shortlist options for discussion rather than assuming one jurisdiction suits every business.

What to prepare before we start

  • A description of the products or services and target markets
  • Proposed company names and ownership percentages
  • Details of shareholders, directors and ultimate beneficial owners
  • Expected banking needs, currencies and payment countries
  • Any existing group structure or planned regulated activity

The required identity, address and corporate shareholder documents depend on the chosen jurisdiction and provider. We confirm the relevant intake requirements for the proposed route.

Company formation questions

Which jurisdiction is best for my company?

The answer depends on activity, ownership, management, target markets and ongoing obligations. A low formation fee alone does not establish suitability. We compare the relevant options around those facts.

Does the package guarantee a bank account?

No. The package includes support for up to five bank or EMI applications following incorporation. Each institution makes its own eligibility and approval decision and may request additional evidence.

Can I use the company for regulated activities?

Incorporation alone does not establish permission to conduct regulated business. Any licensing, registration or authorisation questions should be assessed separately before operations begin, with appropriately qualified advisers where required.
